How long does it take to get access to my portal after I sign-up?
Your portal will be ready in a staging environment for you within a couple of business hours.
We'll pre-load it with dummy data so you can register and login as a tenant and you'll have access to the back office so you can start exploring options, customising settings and getting everything ready for your tenants to start self serving.
Do I have to buy an integration?
No, you have the option to load in your data in CSV format if you'd prefer.
Please note though, that some transactional features like repairs scheduling will only work if integrated with your systems.
How long does a subscription last?
Subscriptions are across a minimum term of 12 months with payments made monthly in advance. We'll give you the opportunity to review and either cancel or renew 90 days before the end of your subscription.
Will I get help setting my portal up?
Of course! For Basic, Professional and Enterprise customers we offer a guided onboarding programme, to help you make a big success of your new portal.
Does the portal come with the FrankApp?
No – the FrankApp is a standalone product offering so the Franklin portals do not come with an app as standard. However, the two do work perfectly together when combined to deliver next level channel shift!
